Valentia Royal Rose Hydrating Serum

Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for a review. All opinions on this post are 100% my honest ones. I do not lie to appease any brands, I always have the best interests of my readers in mind. ^____^

When Valentia invited me once again to try a product of theirs I was happy, as I love another serum that I have tried by them. When I found out it was a rose serum, I was ecstatic! I love roses and everything about them - how they look, the silliness of the petals and especially I love their scent (hint, hint to my boyfriend....who probably will never read this).

This serum does have a lovely rose scent, but it isn't over powering and it doesn't smell synthetic. The bottle states that essential oil taken from the petals of Damask roses were used. It boasts to nourish, calm and cool skin for a refreshed and youthful look. It is also worth noting that the serum is paraben and alcohol free. Does it live up to these promises?

Yes! This is a lovely light weight serum. Though I haven't noticed a drastic change in my skin from using, I have noticed that it is more hydrated. This serum is wonderful for moisturizing, as pretty much every rose product I have tried. Having dry skin, this is yet another reason for me to love roses.

Review: Valentia Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum

Disclaimer: I was given this product for free in exchange for a review, but this is my 100% honest opinion. I do not hype a product just to make a brand happy.

Hello my dears! Here is a quick review post for you all today. I was asked by Valentia and the website Tomoson to write a review on this product. Now if you've been here a while then you know that I LOVE skincare. And I'm willing to try most products. I've been obsessed with using serums lately, so I was quite excited to try this one.

I lost the box in which this product arrived in so unfortunately The bottle boasts that this serum contains a "unique blend of botanicals, essential oils and vitamins which support nine key signs of youthful, vibrant skin." It claims to keep skin more hydrated and smoother than ever as well as even toned and resilient to future damage. It is cruelty and paraben free as well as suitable for all skin types.

Valentia did provide me with some information on this product, which goes as follows:

All Valentia products are made with Natural & Organic Ingredients.

Valentia Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum - A potent and luxurious lactic acid serum that supports natural circulation for an  all over youthful and refreshed complexion. This Revitalizing Serum Will:
- Renew texture & tone
- Deeply moisturize
- Minimize fine lines
- Increase elasticity
- Brighten & Plumbs Fine Lines
- Evens Hyperpigmentation

Specially selected ingredients work together to achieve optimum results.- Wakame Bioferment (Seaweed): Increases skin oxygen consumption to detoxify and boost antioxidant defense.
- Gotu Kola: Lessens the appearance of scars and increases skin firmness.
- Lactic Acid: A natural Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that increases skin cell turnover, for healthier renewed skin.
- Licorice: Lightens unwanted pigmentation and corrects skin discoloration.
- Argan Oil: Naturally rich in Vitamin E, this oil reduced water loss and protects skin's resiliency and elasticity.

It comes in a dark amber glass bottle with a plastic pump. I really enjoy the packaging, it makes it much easier to dispense product and I don't have to worry about spilling product like I do with my serums that come with a dropper top. I do however hope Valentia works on their label. The lettering aside from their logo and the name of the product is difficult to read; at least on my bottle.

So how did this product really work? I am just 22 years old (23 next month) so I don't really have wrinkles yet save for some creases near my eyes. I am slowly rotating anti-aging products into my skincare regimine though to prevent aging before it happens. The golden rule I have always heard is to start using anti-aging products by 25 to prevent wrinkles. Anyway, since I am in my early 20s and still look like a teenager I can't really speak for that aspect of this product.

I can say though, that I really like how this makes my skin feel. It does feel more hydrated and smoother after use. It does not dry and leave my face feeling tight like some serums have done. It feels lovely on my skin

There you have it! I hope you all have a lovely day!
